Material can be submitted on a Zip Disk or CD. Place a label on it with your name, the name & version of the program used to produce the work, either PC or MAC, and your phone number.

You can provide us your designed book with stories that include illustrations or photos. If the book was created on a PC, then you must "postscript" the disk. Some Mac programs do not have to be post-scripted.  We are happy to walk you through the process, so call.

Post-scripting is a way to lock in every positioning and styling choice you have made in your file. During this process, your completed file is "printing to a disk or CD" rather than printing to paper. This is the CD or disk for the publisher. If you do not have the particular "print driver" for printing to a CD or disk, it can be downloaded from the Internet. We can tell you how. Please read more on post-scripting and doing a PDF. Post-scripting usually makes the file size larger. If you have a PDF program, then PDF the file after post-scripting. Before you "Distill" a Post-scripted file, call us for specific setting requirements. A PDF file when completed allows you, via Adobe Acrobat Reader, to see exactly how the pages appear, how they lay out for facing pages, and it creates a smaller file.
