Create a
Searchable E-Book for Near and Distant Family Members
If you wish to
purchase an E-Book of a book, call us and we will email you a paypal
invoice where you may pay with credit/debit card or bank account. Once
paid, we are notified and we give you instructions on how to download
the file. Or you are welcome to send us a check.
Along with your printed and bound soft or hard cover book order, you can also have us create a
"Searchable" E-Book. If your book contains historical
information, this is an ongoing asset you may wish to consider.
The E-Book is created to be read with Adobe Reader, which offers a
search of specific words within that book. This makes it easy to
quickly find who or what or dates you are looking for. It also offers
automated Read Aloud, which is popular with those who have vision
challenges, or who want to lean back and just listen.
If you are doing a printed book, we then
offer the add-on option of the E-File. It is made available for sale
via a page on our web site, and you can refer family members there to buy
and download.
Price: Whatever price you wish to put
on it, for others to buy. Our time in handling the transaction is
$7.00.
Add to our $7 fee whatever amount you wish and that becomes the
selling price for the E-file.

Once the E-Book is paid for, we send an email to the purchaser with a link to
click to access the file. They click that link, a page opens
on our site with the E-Book. They click to open the book file, and once
open, they save it to their computer.
Once the transaction is complete, and the person leaves that page, the page closes,
and the E-Book file
is no longer available on that same page.
